• Open session by first having a vote, followed by panel, followed by results & then table discussions.

*Q&A - each participant given a question card which they fill out and hand to their table hosts who enters it onto the system.

*Consider card pop ups (eg. hotel ones for towels, sheets)

• 5 min walk cards for folks at lunch time

• Consider seperate partner & speaker lounge

• Make sure all NEF people know who are the sponsors / partners and the key peoople (apparenlty Anita /H&S talked to someone at NEF who had NO clue and was… annoyed)
